What happens if my jewelry has stones in it?

When stones are still in a piece, we can calculate an approximate weight and value for the gold. If you decide to proceed with selling the gold, we can remove the stones for you (if you want them back). Otherwise, you can leave them with us. Note: some stones require special tools to remove. In those cases, we can provide you with a receipt and deliver them to you once removed.

Can I host a gold party with Gold Chick? Do I get a commission?

Yes. If you would like to gather your friends for a for a nest fest, we can certainly help you out. We can even provide digital instructions that will give your guests some valuable pre-party information. Please bear in mind that one of our primary objectives is to offer our clients the highest payout possible. The host receives a 5% commission on all sales made at the party.

How will I get paid by Gold Chick for the sale of my gold?

For security reasons, Gold Chick will issue a check for the total amount of your sale. We do not carry cash.

How do I set an appointment?

Please submit your contact information through our website and allow 1 to 2 business days for us to return your call. Please be sure to include the name of the person who referred you to Gold Chick, since a referral is required to make an appointment.
